    Tips by Ms Debrra:

    TIPS

    1. Ensure your binding goes on smoothly by sewing a row of stitching around the edge of the quilt to hold all three layers together before you attach the binding

    2. You should take photos and keep a written record of all your completed quilts. Make sure you label each quilt on the back or front, so there is always a permanent record of when and who received your quilt.

    3. It is better to buy more fabric than you think you'll need for a quilt, rather than too little, this will allow room for mistakes, making sample blocks and of course building your stash.
