Mosaic Quilts Program and Workshop:The Sacramento Center for the Textile Arts presents Tammie Bowser, nationally known quilt instructor, lecturer, author and designer of unbelievably beautiful photographic quilts. She will be here Tuesday, May 1, 2013 to present a lecture – Pixels are Magic and workshop on Wednesday, May 2, 2013 Easy & Amazing Quilted Photography. The lecture begins at 7:00 pm. All meetings are held at the Shepard Garden & Art Center located at 3330 McKinley Blvd, (McKinley Park), Sacramento. Lectures are open to the public and free to SCTA members, $3.00 for non-members. The workshop is 11:00 to 3:00pm and is $85 for members and $95 for non-members.
